we applied a new patch on Fire and Water server.
A new NPC is in Jangan, Donwhang, Hotan and Samarkand.
This NPC named "Special Seller Stella" sells special goods.
The NPC has 3 Tabs.
Tab 1 - Coins
Sale of Bronze, Silver and Gold coins (removed from Blacksmith)
Tab 2 - Avatars
Sale of special Avatars
Tab 3 - Others
Sale of different items like special scrolls, mounts etc.
The sale of the NPC will change monthly.
This means, that the NPC will sell offered items only once!
So take the chance and get that Items!
